Quality Innovation, Inc. (Qi2) offers a comprehensive benefits package to all full-time employees. At Qi2 we design our benefit programs to service the needs of the majority of our employees while providing flexibility to all our employees. We review our programs annually to implement changes and improvements. Our goal is to provide you with the maximum value from our benefit program and we welcome your input as we strive to continually improve.

Medical/Prescription

2 Medical plans available

  • Benefits begin right away! They begin at the first of the month following date of hire.
  • 4-tier medical plan options to fit your needs (employee only, employee + spouse, employee + child(ren) and family.

 

Tuition Reimbursement

$1000 per year up to $5000
(For eligible employees only).

Bonus Referral Program

If we hire your referral you receive a $250 bonus on their 90th day ($500 for an employee who lives in a HUBZone or qualified census track)
